*As appointment windows can fill up quickly, please contact us and place your deposit as soon as possible in order to ensure you get your preferred session date and time.

Reschedules and Cancellations

If rescheduling or a cancellation is necessary, please try do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Every effort will be made to accommodate any rescheduling requests.
A $50 last minute rescheduling fee will be charged for any non/weather related reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
For cancellations, deposits will be fully reimbursed unless the cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled session.
In the case of a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a $100 last minute cancellation fee will be charged.

Prior to the photo/video shoot

Prior to the shoot, the client should provide an outline of any important elements or areas of the location that should or should not be photographed. All locations will be shot AS IS. Clients are expected to have the location staged and cleaned prior to the shoot. If given permission, we may make minor adjustments or tidy up a room to create the most aesthetically pleasing photograph possible.

After the Shoot - Delivery

After the shoot, the photos/videos will go through the editing process. The high-resolution photos are individually retouched and enhanced for optimum quality. Once completed, and upon reciept of any outstanding balances, the client will be provided an electronic link via email to download their finished photos and/or videos.
