Surface and Sky Photography offers a number of photography pricing options to suite your needs. No matter which package you choose, all photography sessions include:

- 2 Sets of Images (one set of high resolution images, and one set of images optimized for the internet)

Silver Package - $150

- Up to 10 High-Quality Images
- Perfect for smaller luxury apartments, studios and business spaces.

Gold Package - $250 (Most Popular)

- 20 High-Quality Images
- Recommended for most luxury homes, townhomes and apartments.

Platinum Package - $350

- 35 High-Quality Images
- Recommended for larger luxury estate homes, penthouses and condos.

Additional Photography Fees

- $15 for each additional photo above a selected package.
- $50/hr For additional image retouching. *This applies to removal or alteration of objects or features of an image as requested by the client above and beyond the scope of the provided image retouching and enhancement services.
- $150 for repeat visits - minimum up to 5 images. Each additional photo will be $25.
- $75 for sundown and evening shoots
- $100 for rush orders (24 hour turnaround) *Please inform us on or before the time of appointment if you need rush delivery.

VIDEOGRAPHY

Real Estate Property Video Tours - $650

- A 1-3 minute property video
- Fully edited video with color corrected footage, transitions and background music.
- Video includes property address text intro and and outro.
- Provide branded and unbranded versions. (branded version will include agent/brokerage info card and footer)
- 3-5 business day turnaround.
- Starting price reduced to $500 if combined with a Gold or Platinum photography package.

Architectural/Interior Design Videos - $650

- A 1-3 minute video showcasing interior and/or exterior spaces
- Fully edited video with color corrected footage, transitions and background music.
- Video includes branded intro and and outro.
- 3-5 business day turnaround.
- Starting price reduced to $500 if combined with a Gold or Platinum photography package.

Corporate/Business Space Videos - $650

- A 1-3 minute video showcasing corporate/business spaces and featured products/services
- Fully edited video with color corrected footage, transitions and background music.
- Video includes branded intro and and outro.
- 3-5 business day turnaround.
- Starting price reduced to $500 if combined with a Gold or Platinum photography package.

Additional Video Fees

- $500 for each additional minute above 3 minutes.
- $50/hr For additional video editing. *This applies to any custom edits to the standard video template including intros, outros, text, transitions, etc.
- $500 for rush orders (1-2 day turnaround) *Please inform us on or before the time of appointment if you need rush delivery.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

To book your session we require a $100 deposit. This deposit will officially hold your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
